Provide outstanding support for all of our customers, ensuring that inquiries are responded to in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and follow up customers enquiries by emails / phone calls
Process KYC verifications for End Users and other data entry duties
Provide face-to-face training for customers who visit our headquarter to perform product demonstrations
Assist in the creation of support documentation, such as FAQ's and product materials
Assist in establishing new procedures and workflow practices to improve the customer experience
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma / Associate degree or above
Over 1 year of experience in a customer support role
Demonstrate problem solving skills and possess strong attention to detail
Possess a 'can do' attitude with a passion for providing an excellent customer experience
